Real Businesses. Real Challenges. Meaningful Progress.
Every business has its own challenges. Sometimes it’s about finding the right market position. Sometimes it’s improving internal processes, aligning teams, or building a clearer path to growth.
Over the years, I’ve worked alongside owners and leadership teams across different industries, helping them identify opportunities, make better decisions, and turn ideas into action.
Here are a few spotlights from that work, much of it ongoing.
A growing professional services firm
Spotlight
A strong professional services firm had grown faster than its brand, client experience and outreach. Together we strengthened its positioning, client experience and communications, and built industry-specific marketing and business development initiatives around the people it serves best.
A large pharmaceutical company, consumer & wholesale
Spotlight
After years of switching agencies, the owner felt nobody understood the company. Discovery with the owner, head of sales and head of operations showed three different pictures. One workshop aligned them on who they are, and surfaced a new opportunity we took to market as a new brand.
A commercial building maintenance company
Spotlight
A fast-growing company needed a real marketing function and a brand that could keep up. We built the marketing function, led a full rebrand and gave each service line its own focus as it grew into the largest in its field in the Eastern U.S.
A New York mortgage lender
Spotlight
The company was ready to go national, but had to grow brokers and borrowers at the same time. I led marketing through an expansion across several states, building the broker network and the borrower base in parallel.
A software development company
Spotlight
Months of advertising hadn’t brought a single lead. The ads spoke to a very narrow audience in a place that needed a broader message. We also raised pricing and split the services into two focused teams: custom software and off-the-shelf implementation.
A consumer internet technology launch
Spotlight
A solo visionary saw what frustrated users about every product in his category. Working with him and a senior software architect, we defined the pain points, positioning and brand, built the go-to-market and the right partnerships, grew the team, and guided the product through alpha, beta and early access toward general availability.
A payroll & workforce technology company
Spotlight
The company had grown into far more than payroll, but the market still saw a traditional payroll provider. We moved its positioning toward a broader workforce management platform, and connected marketing with sales leadership, internal accountability and what customers actually needed.
An AI software company
Spotlight
The founder had built his own AI model and needed it to stand out. We shaped a distinctive offer, found the niche market it fits best, and built a path to steady, recurring revenue without constant effort behind it.
An established e-commerce & equipment business
Spotlight
Marketing, e-commerce, leadership, creative and operations were each pushing their own priorities. We brought those teams into alignment, improved communication and accountability, and tied business priorities directly to day-to-day execution.
